Ac unit and water pump were replaced 1.5 years ago 

Camper is been sitting for a year and needs some maintenance:

• Could use 4 new stabilizer jacks ($100 for all 4 on eBay) 
• Floor on kitchen entrance needs some reinforcement 
• Main kitchen stairs is wobbly and could use a new one ($100/$300 online depending on the model)
• Needs a good exterior wash and a nice cleaning inside 
• 2 batteries 
• We remove the table cushions and mattresses cause they were old. I still have them if you want to get them just ask.
